Another great experience in the books with Liz, this time with buying AND selling! After I grew out of the first home Liz helped me find and purchase, she made putting it on the market a breeze. Her group provided professional photography to add to the listing, which really made it stand out, and I had a contract in hand in 4 days! Liz made the process as simple as it could possibly be, and was invaluable in evaluating and negotiating offers.
