The young girl on the reception desk is extremely rude has absolutely no people skills her customer service is appalling. Care factor zero and implies that the way a person speak’s is aggressive as she is the aggressive one. So sad to see such an excellent clinic go downhill, because of someone’s bad attitude to patients, that have been going there for years . Extremely disappointing. The face of the clinic she is , and very bad reflection on the clinic.
Good service couple years but now always busy no time for regulars changing clinic
Absolutely disgusting. If you haven't been there for a year they consider you a new patient, and don't take on any new patients now. Ridiculous in these times when it's impossible to get in anywhere.
This is the worst GP practice in the Northern suburbs by far! There are so many issues, too many to mention inc. Incompetent reception staff, who seem to not know the processes and procedures of the practice...that's if they have an actual system! Maybe think about employing a practice manager! Plus to top it off they are now booking 5 weeks in advance due to having one doctor on duty...no this is not acceptable! Avoid, avoid, avoid...I will be relocating to an efficiently run and ease of appointment practice forthwith!
I have been seeing Dr Kosmas for over 10 years, I have followed him to every clinic he has moved to, he has always been very thorough and supportive
