EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! She called and didn’t leave a number I could reach her at, didn’t leave an office name or phone number. I am a diabetic and had to wait for my insulin more than a WEEK to get a refill!!! Then when I called her back after she left a voicemail with no way to reach her so I had to search her up she had lied and said that she had put in the order and when I called my pharmacist said that there was nothing!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I would rate her no stars if I could! Do not come to her!!!
I found Dr Kunreuther to be very professional. She listened and asked questions. She gave me advice but was also open minded. When I had issues with my prescriptions and the pharmacy (not related to her office), I called her office and had my prescriptions set up through them and they helped me get set up on home delivery which has saved me a lot of time and frustration. I experienced no delays and most of my communication was through the portal in writing. They promptly called me and took care of my needs.
