Sis always listens to my concerns, asks questions, and explains why she is recommending the treatments she suggests. I feel very comfortable with her and never feel she is rushing through the appointment.
Elizabeth Ostolasa was terrific, she took care of my issue in less than 30 minutes, listened to me and talked to me as a person, not just someone to rush in an out of the door as fast as she could. It was refreshing to talk to someone like that and I appreciated it.
Office staff are wonderful and Sis was very attentive in listening to my concerns and getting me the referrals and/or follow-ups required.
Great PA. So responsive and easy to work with. She has always taken the time to explain everything that I need help with.
