Beautiful place to live. Tress, grass & off street parking. Bad reviews come from bad tenants. Second Harvest brings great quantities of food 2x a month! On Friday’s volunteers bring edible donations from all kinds of bakeries & stores. The apts are kept in good working order & the property is clean! I have been there 20 yrs & I am very grateful to be there. Wonderful separate building for seniors & disabled. Anyone that gives a 1.5 rating probably couldn’t follow the SIMPLE & common sense rules.
