Dr M is an amazing doctor. She truly cares, listens and does everything in her power to help you feel better and live a thriving life. She doesn’t just treat your pain with medication which is probably why she has a few unhappy reviews.
Very helpful.
Where to begin? Dr M has a most kind and efficient staff. However she doesn’t seem to communicate with them let alone the patient. She then decides to change medication that has worked well for a number of years to one that has been tried before and proven ineffective. My patient association with her is likely one and done. There has to be a better doctor in south Louisiana.
She is very nice in the office. But, she discusses things she wants to do are discusses it with another Doctor. Yet never get back to you. Also doesn't put in her notes what she discusses with you. I am very disappointed. Y'all send a survey to be filled within 3 days. So I fill it. Now 3months later I am still waiting for her call back.
