Have been trying to get seen Buy a doctor four months, but the process to get accepted by them is ridiculous. I still don’t have a doctors appointment. But I went today for blood work, which I put in my calendar at the time they gave me the appointment I went today for my blood work and they said my appointment is not until Friday. I said I am out of town Thursday through Monday every week so I am sure I did not schedule an appointment on a Friday. They were not very friendly or willing to work with me. Unfortunately my first visit didn't go as smooth as the commercial but understanding them being new to Albuquerque and sometimes it takes a while to get things up and running smoothly. I met some great girls and look forward to my next appointment on the 27th. Keep up the hard work. You are appreciated 👍
Shifty staff! Really this is best for our buck.
I am a Senior and live near Oak Street Health. I was interested in getting Healthcare close to home ,however the first time I walked up to the clinic I was told that I couldn't enter the premises without an appointment. He was very abrupt and not at all informative. I tried calling to possibly get an Appointment with Elizabeth Duran as I had had an appointment with her at Lovelace Women's Health a couple of years before.
