I had such a great experience at this med spa from start to finish. Julia, the PA, was amazing with my masseter Botox for TMJ. She was incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel comfortable and easy, and I’ve already noticed relief. I would like to commend Jennifer Diaz, BSN, RN for her outstanding professionalism and expertise. Although I have received Botox in the past, this was my first appointment with her, and she exceeded every expectation. She was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain each step clearly. Her knowledge, skill, and warm demeanor made the experience exceptional. Jennifer has truly become my preferred provider, and I highly recommend her. Elizabeth Face & Body Med Spa is absolutely incredible! The facility is spotless, beautifully designed, and instantly makes you feel relaxed. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. Jennifer was amazing—she made my Botox treatment completely seamless, explaining each step along the way and ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the process.
