This is our 5th time working with Elizabeth. This time around we worked with her to help us purchase an investment property. My family has worked with Elizabeth for the selling and buying of two homes and we couldn't be happier! Her decades of experience working with agents from multiple counties give her an edge that helped us win the bidding war for our house. She is honest and very responsive with great communication, and adjusts her style for the audience, such as with elderly clients. Do not ever inquire about a rental from this lady. First, she showed up to the apartment on her phone and barely said hello. She rushed the showing. Took my $25 application fee - as this fee is supposed to be for a “credit and background” check. She never even ran my credit and just emailed me the next day saying “unfortunately the landlord did not approve your application”. No explanation as to why. Complete scam. Not sure how she is as a realtor … but as far as property management she’s obviously stealing people’s $25 and ... read more
Elizabeth recently handled the sale of my home. From our initial meeting to discuss the listing through the closing she was the upmost professional. When we encountered some hiccups along the way at no fault of either of us, her knowledge and calm guidance throughout was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to list or purchase a home.
