Do not ever inquire about a rental from this lady. First, she showed up to the apartment on her phone and barely said hello. She rushed the showing. Took my $25 application fee - as this fee is supposed to be for a “credit and background” check. She never even ran my credit and just emailed me the next day saying “unfortunately the landlord did not approve your application”. No explanation as to why. Complete scam. Not sure how she is as a realtor … but as far as property management she’s obviously stealing people’s $25 and ... read more
Elizabeth recently handled the sale of my home. From our initial meeting to discuss the listing through the closing she was the upmost professional. When we encountered some hiccups along the way at no fault of either of us, her knowledge and calm guidance throughout was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to list or purchase a home.
Elizabeth was my realtor for the purchase of a house in the summer of 2024. She was excellent, and I would recommend her to anyone I know in the Rochester area. I used her as my realtor and she was so helpful. She explained everything so in detail I feel like she kept me calm throughout the whole process and she had my best interest in mine. I would recommend her to anyone that is plan to buy a house you can put your trust in her and she will get you into a home that it’s gonna be good for you.
