Do not ever inquire about a rental from this lady. First, she showed up to the apartment on her phone and barely said hello. She rushed the showing. Took my $25 application fee - as this fee is supposed to be for a “credit and background” check. She never even ran my credit and just emailed me the next day saying “unfortunately the landlord did not approve your application”. No explanation as to why. Complete scam. Not sure how she is as a realtor … but as far as property management she’s obviously stealing people’s $25 and ... read more
