Absolutely disgusted with the care in this facility. Started with a great experience as I struggled for years to figure out what autoimmune I had. Elizabeth helped with that. Now do I ever get an appointment? Absolutely not because every time I do it gets further and further away. I get things happen but 2 years since I was last seen!? Put on medication to help with my autoimmune disease and haven’t been seen in 2 years!? I will be contacting the board. Very compassionate and caring doctor, this office is always spot on with consistent care
Dr Mathew is excellent. Very professional and very sympathetic.
I absolutely appreciate my health care team! The ladies at the desk are friendly, the doctor's nurse is always a pleasure to talk to and Dr. Mathew is such a compassionate doctor! The best part is that she truly listens to you. I always look forward to my follow up appointments!
Take forever to get an appointment, does not like to have follow up appointments other drs request, and refuse to mail a copy of my labs as requested months ago. Will be contacting public health. If you need to be treated go some place else! Not to mention they do not even do blood work at appointments so plan 3-4 appointments just to get results on some labs
