I really wanted to love this office. I had such a great initial appointment with Dr. Yaikis but once we got pregnant we were put on the OB rotation. I don’t mind the rotation at all, I was glad to meat a team of doctors but our initial appointment was with PA Leavitt and it wasn’t reassuring at all. She questioned me if I was even pregnant since she didn’t see anything on the scan. This is our first child and I found that very unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would. Long story short. I had a cerclage while I was pregnant. It should have been removed before I gave birth. Fast forward to 2.5 years after having my son and it’s still there. Had to go through the most excruciating pain ever to have it removed and also had recurring abdominal pain through that 2.5 years (I had epidural for birth so yes even worse than that). I am 14 weeks and have already had such a terrible experience with this facility and most everyone here. Only my last appt with Dr. Yakis and her nurse was nice. The people working front desk have been snarky and rude with comments about things I’m uncertain about and should be their job to help reassure or inform me. My appt with Dr. Graham was really quick and he didn’t even wait for the ultrasound image to print all the way out before ripping out the machine which caused it to be warped and torn looking. I just saw Dr. Graham today at this medical facility and I was impressed. he was kind and clearly explained everything to me. I had some uterine issues that needed to be addressed. He was able to take care of those needs during our visit. I'm glad that I set up my appointment here.
Just be prepared to waste your time, even if you have an appointment. They called/scheduled us to be seen at 6:30pm. Its 7:20 pm and we are still waiting in waiting lounge. I am on paid insurance not “med-ical” we came in for an appointment, this was not a walk in visit. If you are making appointments and have PPO please consider another hospital than this dump.
