Had a appointment today for 2:30 we went in early to do paperwork and they just had me and my daughter sitting in the waiting room area Never came check on us or anything we just sitting in there was never seen or anything I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone so unprofessional we won’t be going to them anymore 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
I never post reviews, but I have been trying to reach someone in this office for two days. Let me explain: I have had two visits with NP, Sally. Both times, she promised to call in prescriptions for me but did not. Worse yet, the staff did not even see documentation in my chart of my plan of treatment. In the first incident she actually called in an injectable medication, when it should have been a topical cream. My last appt was three week ago.... still no prescription. Very hard to reach office. Poor phone system to speak to human. No relief for after hours issues
Fantastic! Dr Orgeron is caring, knowledgeable and thorough. I have also been to Dr Perdomo once, he is great too. I am so glad that we have 2 Dermatologists in Bogalusa.
