I’ve been a patient for multiple years and just went to grab the phone number to call about a follow up and saw that the rating was 3 stars, and I cannot stand for that. I can stand, however, rather straight because of Dr. Batterton. My back issues have slowly improved through the professional help and recommendations of Dr. Batterton. Amazing. She is a gifted ortho doc and cares about her patients. Went above and beyond to help me even when her staff made an error!
I felt more like a number than a patient. The girl at the front desk that did the x-rays, cared about her phone than assisting the patients. Dr. Batterton ordered an MRI and scheduled me two weeks from the time I seen here. I was given no advice on how to control the pain in my shoulder, and she just seemed to rush her visit with me. I ended up going to the emergency room 3 days later, because I couldn't wait for 2 weeks. I will never go back, and let anyone and everyone know of my experience!

I was in the office to see her yesterday. She spent extra time with me, didn't seem inconvenienced, answered every question that I had and told me several different options that I had. She has great bedside manner and even came out to sit with me in the lobby to answer more questions that I thought about as I was leaving. She seems very knowledgeable and wants to get answers as much as I do. I had seen another doctor that didn't care about purple and tingling but she is searching for answers!
visit for foot pain. Said I had plantar fasciitis. Dr. Batterton was not interested in finding out what the cause of the foot pain. I left the office feeling helpless. worst experience I have had with a Doctor.
