Do not move here unless you want to pay insane monthly fees for utilities every single month, now you can no longer budget how much your rent's going to be because surprise one month water is $5 and the next month it's $60, sewer is $2 and then it's $120. Have to say the property management is very frustrating to deal with, particularly Kandy. Initial rent was $990 back in December of 2024 but I had to pay a $150 surcharge for a short lease. Then when I went to renew they wanted $1400 for a normal 12 month lease and acted like they did me a favor dropping it to $1185. Last month they started charging more utilities that I have no proof of existing on my previous statements adding $85 to my rent. Then those same utilities just jumped even higher today. Don't try to move in this place. If you are a good person and don't want to support evil, don't move here.
