I transitioned from my previous dentist to Dr. Wakim after moving to the area and I am so impressed! I have Had nothing but incredible experiences here. I followed Dr Brooks to this office. The team they have is just awesome! I called to see when my next appointment was to decide if I could wait or needed to come in for an issue. Alex encouraged me to come in. She got me an appointment within a few days. Everyone was super nice and professional. The facility was very nice and comfortable. All of the equipment looked new and the technology was top notch. In my six decades of dental treatment I have never been offered my choice of TV or type of music before. Also was offered a pillow in the dental chair.
I recently became a new patient at Dr. Wakim’s office and I can tell I’ve found my forever dentist. The staff are very accommodating. Z, hygienist, is amazing. I’m not a huge fan of the dentist, but he makes sure I’m comfortable and explains everything to me. The two dentists are wonderful, as well!! They take time to sit down with you and explain to you your options. I can’t say enough positive things about my experiences at Dr.Wakim’s office. I trust them with my dental care.
Very friendly, caring and compassionate. Explained everything needing done every step of the way. Took their time to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain and let me go at my own pace . Also explained everything as they were doing it. Great personalities and extremely kind. Would definitely recommend. If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Dr. Brooks was absolutely amazing!
