This doctor was one of several I went to after a bad case of Covid that got worse after I recovered. She would not even look in throat, despite a deep cough and ordered no tests although I was in a lot of pain and too weak to even walk into the office without a hiking pole. She asked why I was not back at work. Her diagnosis was irresponsible and short-sighted: On the form she wrote 'DECONDITIONED' (essentially 'out of shape'). What I really had was Stage 3 Hodgkins Disease.
Outstanding...has excellent bedside manner/elite social skills for someone in her profession. Genuinely cares about her patients and takes the time necessary to get to know them. If she doesn't know something she isn't afraid to admit it, but she seems very knowledgeable and I trust her a great deal with my health.
I have been a patient of Dr. Ramos for close to 15 years. Although I am out of network due to an insurance change,I continue to see her. She treats the whole person, and listens to my ailments carefully. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Wait time is more than reasonable.
Dr. Ramos-Genuino is wonderful. She listens, remembers previous discussions and concerns, addresses all the issues completely. It is hard to still find physician who actually talk WITH their patients rather than type into the EHR. Her bedside manner is wonderful. Her compassion for her patients is evident.
