if i could give a negative i would. i was running a little late to my 10:30 appt due to awful dallas traffic and wrecks. i tried to call to let them know but no answer. got there apologized for my lateness and the front desk said they won’t take me and my 10:30 appt got changed yesterday got 10. i ask to reschedule they said i have to go through a third party scheduling company. i explain when i had first scheduled it took a month to just get on the books because they don’t answer their phones. the front desk lady tried to c... read more
Took months for my daughter to get an appointment which they changed the time of the day before. Their scheduling is handled by a third party company. You just shouldn’t even try to go here because you won’t be “a priority”, which were their words.
