Had a wonderful experience with the doctor and staff. No, wait scheduling with my my chart made it super easy. Check in was no problem. The doctor took her time and listened to my daughters ailments and concerns. We did not feel brushed off highly recommend
If it was possible to give less than one star, I would. Dr Knightlinger is great the first time you see her but the care stops there. Trying to get through to this office is IMPOSSIBLE!!! My best friend is 81 and a new patient. She has been trying for a month to get prescriptions refilled, has had 2 booked appointments which the office cancelled and has been completely ignoring calls and fixes in attempts for the mail order service to get her to respond to requests for medications like cumidin which she needs to live. The doctor is great but unfortunately we had a bad experience with the office staff. Also scheduling sick appointments is nearly impossible. Same day appointments forget it.
