NP is great and relatability. She keeps you inform and notifies patients in a timely manner. To the contrast... the front line staff is not so friendly or welcoming. You will receive a better welcoming at the local Walmart. Typical rudeness and nonchalant demeaner of OLOL health care employees. OLOL should consider sending top management on undercover visits to these clinics to see exactly how people are really being treated. These kind of people should be removed and replaced.
