I would highly recommend Elizabeth Jones Homes. Liz was very hands on, super communicative, and responsive to our requests. The upgrades she recommended helped increase value in the house and we were happy with the final sale price. She also sent us a very thoughtful gift after closing.
Elizabeth is the Best in the Burg for a reason! She started by coming to our home to look it over, make suggestions for improvements to get top dollar, and told us what to expect to sell for. She handled all of the improvements for us so we didn't need to worry about them! She also had our home cleaned, organized, and then staged it herself for pictures.
