Very irresponsible, never got my moms exams results, having an appointment the day before change it for virtual visit and she never show up at the screen put her assistant . Told us to do another appointment in 30 days cause she forgot to order the results of the biopsy. But yes they charge the insurance all the time. Disgusting how she don’t care. After all, if my mom have something serious we been turning around for months with unprofessional person . Save you self time and aggravation look for a different doc.
