Lousy receptionist named April she answers the phone um hello this is April seriously not a professional way to answer. All I wanted was to get my son in for a physical so he can start school next year. She just kept hounding me on the day I called IEHP and got the doctor's name put on there, i gave her the issue date that was on the card but that wasn't good enough. Ive called well over three times now and no answer how are people suppose to get their children seen if no one answers
