Elizabeth Hegarty was my psychiatrist years ago at the Vista campus on Round Barn Blvd. Her level of psychiatric care was appalling and greatly effects my life and health still today. Her lack of transparency regarding the side effects of the medication she was prescribing me and actions she performed as my prescribing Dr truly changed my recovery for the worse.
