Wonderful, caring doctor and staff! Patient and kind.
I was told i can be put on a cancellation list to see the doctor which i was fine with. I then was then told there is a concierge fee of $600 each year and that is a normal Santa Barbara thing practices do to get assisted faster with my issue. I asked if there is an options for patients who do not need year around assistance for dermatology and was told no. The next place i called did not have the $600 fee and got me scheduled next week. Do not waste your time this office is greedy and not willing to help.
Dr. Grossman’s advice has literally changed my life. I have had acne most of my life and after 6 months of working with her, my skin is clear. I’ve tried everything else, including other derms. She is kind, encouraging, honest and realistic about results. She and her staff is incredibly prompt and helpful and I never feel rushed or like I can’t get my questions (even ones that don’t relate to my acne) answered. I absolutely recommend going to see her!
Dr. Grossman is an exceptional doctor. I had a chemical peel and micro needling and both procedures were explained thoroughly and very worthwhile. I would recommend Dr. Grossman to anyone she is very talented. I noticed a change in my skin after the procedures. Not only is Dr Grossman a wonderful doctor she is kind and compassionate. Also, her office is beautifully decorated and very soothing.
