I had no problem with the NP but I was canceled as a Patient because I missed too many appointments and the problem is I ride Medical Transportation and they just did not show up to pick me up and take me to the doctor multiple occasions and even though it wasn’t my fault I was terminated as a patient so if this is your doctor, make sure you get there anyway you can because even if Medical Transportation is a no-show which happens unfortunately you will be canceled as a patient because it happened to me.

I love it here from ms green down to her staff she get those referrals out she dont play make u an appointment today!!!!!

Libby Green herself is an excellent NP. She is attentive, knowledgeable, and seemed to genuinely care about her patients. Unfortunately, the professionalism of the office staff did not reflect the same standard. What should have been a straightforward prescription process turned into nearly a month of unnecessary back-and-forth due to poor communication, lack of follow-through, and ultimately a refusal to complete a process the staff themselves had asked me to help coordinate.
