If I could give a zero, I would. After receiving reminder emails, I received a call from a very unfriendly woman not even 24 hours before the appointment stating my child could not be seen because they did not have all of her previous medical records. I've been with Wellstar for years, even before becoming a Wellstar employee, and have never had a pediatrician say they couldn't see her previous Wellstar visits.
