I've never gotten such a great P.A. Doctor etc than I did with Ms. GILES Bedside manner explanation of what was going on n one of the most upbeat ppl ive ever met!!
The staff was courteous and worked to clear up a scheduling misunderstanding. Also Elizabeth Giles, P.A. took her time to explain the reading of my X-rays and answered my questions in an understandable manner.
She was very nice, knowledgeable and patient. She serviced my husband and me. Personal with both of us. On the last visit, she was still so kind and helpful. Dr. Haller had a great assistant with him. We really appreciate both of them and their staff. Elizabeth really listens to you.
