I was worried about my parents moving out of the country and into the city away from the home they’ve lived in for 31 years and into an apartment building. But I have to say the management at Elizabeth apartments has been very good to them, very accommodating and extremely helpful. Leanne is by far the best property manager we’ve had in the 8+ years we’ve lived at Elizabeth Gardens. She genuinely listens to our concerns and actually addresses them, which makes such a big difference as a tenant. She goes above and beyond—whether it’s knocking on our door to let us know a package has arrived, or even bringing one inside for us when we were away on vacation. It’s clear she truly cares about the residents here. Thank you, Leanne, for always taking such great care of us!Â
I recently moved out of Elizabeth Gardens with my wife, from Ontario. The property is well maintained and clean. Leanne has been the BEST site manager and always ensuring we are happy at all times. Coming from Toronto, it’s hard to find caring and hardworking landlords. The apartment we moved into was very clean and freshly painted.
