Dealing with Leanne was a great experience, very detailed, cares for the building and the people that are there.
My boyfriend and I signed a lease for March 1st. Leanna let us move in a couple days early and set us up with some great perks. She's been excellent with communication and got us in touch with Jay who gave us a great deal on our Telus bundle. We are very excited and Leanne has been nothing but accommodating and you can tell she cares a lot about the property.
We lived there for two years and the management was suddenly hostile and wouldn't renew out lease. No transparency and no explanations. Our questions were met with evesivness! Asked the manager if we did anything not to have our lease renewed and her response was "There us nothing you did. I would give you a glowing refrence any day." We left confused and had to find a new place in the middle of winter!
