I lived here for almost 3 years, I got denied to renew my lease for the simple fact that I got a lease violation stating that I was “drinking and hanging out in the parking lot” and because I didn’t go to the office to talk to her about it… plus I don’t even drink!. And who wants to go talk to that disrespectful “manager” Ivonne when she’s super rude & not knowledgeable at all. Lived here for a little over 2 years. The buildings are very rundown and hardly updated at all. The foundation is shifting tremendously, hardly anything is caulked, water gets shut down often due to old plumbing issues, the breezeways are filled with dead bugs constantly, the laundromat is gross and makes your clothes stink, and the place is roach infested.
