Lived here for a little over 2 years. The buildings are very rundown and hardly updated at all. The foundation is shifting tremendously, hardly anything is caulked, water gets shut down often due to old plumbing issues, the breezeways are filled with dead bugs constantly, the laundromat is gross and makes your clothes stink, and the place is roach infested.
