I'm sorry to say that I have been going to McKay Dermatology for about 3 years for a skin condition. Michelle has always taken great care of me. She talks with you. You understand and know what to expect. Her assistant tech is also very friendly and knowledgeable. And the wonderful lady I talk to making the next appointment, is just a pleasure to be around. Thank you all very much.
Please have someone look into your pay online system I’ve called twice about this issue and I’m just assuming others are not able to pay online either which could be costing your office $$
I did not feel confident with the dermatologist I was seeing. A friend recommended Dr. McKay's office. My first impressions were amazing and it has only gotten better. From the front desk staff to the nurses you can tell they truly care. I have seen Ana twice now for procedures and she made a bad situation so nice. Michelle was very thorough in doing my new patient exam. She was so thorough that she found a melanoma on my son and now she has found one on me. Thank God for Michelle, finding these on my son and I. The staff is very caring and very kind. It’s very difficult to change Doctors, but it makes it so much easier when the office staff is so accomodating and treats you well. I will highly recommend Dr McKay, Michelle and their staff to all of my friends.
