When we arrived to pick out a Christmas tree we never expected such a fun place. The selection of trees is amazing. Besides that...there are food vendors, tractor/wagon rides to pick out a tree, gift shop, Santa's workshop, St. Boniface Brewery and Weathered Vineyards pop up room, hot chocolate, plenty of assistance wrapping and helping with your tree...and we thought it was just a other tree farm! What a nice surprise.
Very disappointed this year with Elizabeth Farms. Our family has been going here for years on Black Friday as our family tradition. There were no parking attendants this year. Once we got to the window for our tags is when we were told that you could only cut down Frasier Firs at $14.50 a foot. First of all that is a little pricey, secondly we usually get a Douglas fir so it would have been nice if this information was in the emails that were sent or on their webpage. Would have saved us a long trip and some upset children. ... read more
Great family time and awesome atmosphere.
This was our first time coming to Elizabeth Farms and we were very disappointed. We stood in line for an hour before we found out that we actually needed to stand in a different line to get a tag and sign a waiver and then get back into the extremely long line we were just in. There was no direction or instruction on what people should be doing. In total we stood in line (in the cold) for over an hour and a half. When we finally were dropped off to get a tree we were really disappointed in the quality of the trees. Almost ev... read more
we were there today. What an awesome experience. So many new attractions. Really puts you in the Christmas spirit. Good food, and lots of fun for all ages. 🎁plan extra time for all there is to do. 🎄☃️
This place is amazing! The only thing I suggest is maybe some accommodations for special needs children. There is absolutely no way my son (who is low functioning autistic) would wait in a 2 hour line for the horse drawn carriage ride to go get a tree but he was asking for “ride please!” Unfortunately we had to opt out of that part. Other than that, what a charming wonderful place. We will definitely be back.
Horrible experience today. They redesigned the set up. We were there for 4 hours today and most of it was spent waiting in lines.
