Our new apartment manager Sarah is amazing. She’s quick to respond, compassionate, and deeply understanding. We’ve been at this complex for almost a decade off and on and have been anything but impressed. Concerns always go unanswered and never fixed and everything has always been absolutely terrible. Always. But she’s just come on recently and I know she will do everything she’s allowed to, to change things around. Shes super kind as well and just wants to help. 10/10
Do not move here unless you want to be harassed and watched 24/7. “Anonymous caller” has been wrongfully accused us therefore leads to multiple violations that has nothing to do with our household. Towed away a perfectly working vehicle. I think she has control issues.
