Kind and thorough
I would give all 5 Stars if it weren't for the dark-haired receptionist at check out today. Her impatience was so obvious and she wanted everyone to know she was frustrated and didn't seem to care. Doctor was ok. Wait time was almost 1-1/2 hours!! Be prepared to wait without any explanation.
I have been seeing Dr Egan for almost 10 years. She is such a caring and compassionate doctor and she has never changed in all those years. Dr Egan always take the time to listen to all of your concerns....not just GI. Dr Egan truely looks at the whole patient when considering her treatment plan.....and yes your opinion MATTERS.
I wish she could be my Doctor for everything. She is so wonderful in taking the time to explain what is going on with your health. When I leave a message in the patient portal she gets back to you. This is a doctor that truly cares about her patients.
Dr. Egan is probably the most caring doctor I've ever been to. She is thorough and leaves no stone unturned. When referring you out, she sends a complete report. Other doctors have told me what a great view into my medical condition she gave them. She's extremely smart and reasonable. I would recommend her to anyone.
Dr. Egan was very thorough and attentive to my medical needs and concerns. You won't find a better physician for your GI needs
Dr. Egan is a great doctor, but don't owe them any money. Once I called for a refill, I was transferred to another person (it was the billing department). I worked at the mall ran out on my break to make this phone call. I was told that my insurance left a balance of 60 dollars. I could not schedule an apt, get a refill nothing until the 60 was paid. I didn't have my card on me and was told to call back on Monday, because she was going on vacation, it was a Thursday, no money no apt no refill!
