Went for councialtation and was told to lose weight. They gave me three months to lose the weight and I lost 43 of the 50 lbs they requested I lose. Went for a follow up and surgery was scheduled. Three days before the surgery the practice called and said the insurance company rejected the claim. When asked, I was told to call the insurance. Once called, the doctor's office did not send any images. Trying to contact the office was a nightmare with unanswered messages time and time again with even Mychart messages ignored. Wh... read more
