Great experience with her. Explains everything well. Friendly. Had upper and lower denture implants. Very satisfied with her and everyone in office. Def would recommend!!!
I went in an attempt to save an implant. The one next to it had failed. She did a procedure that so far has been successful. I have nothing but admiration and good feelings for her skills as a dentist and as a kind human being. If I need a specialist again I certainly would return to her office.
My adult son was referred to Dr. Binz for some major periodontic work. Dr. Binz worked directly with my son initially and was open to meeting with him and a parent to provide further information and answer further questions. She was welcoming, open, understanding, and informative. As a parent (who is working with their son to transition into independence) it felt like we were working with Dr. Binz as a team for his best outcome and she was able to juggle working with him as an adult and me as a helping caregiver.
My visit to this office was one of apprehension since I had never had this procedure done before and having COVID-19 concerns. However, on arriving at the office there was great care taken for the safety of patients as well as the staff. The staff I dealt with, Dr. Binz, Barb and Jacque, were very kind, helpful and friendly. Before going to Dr. Binz, I was extremely afraid of dentist and anything to do with teeth, I put off seeing a dentist for almost 20 years because I had a really bad experience with my families old dentist. I am extremely happy with Dr. Binz and fear free now because of her, and her team, everyone there is so nice, and Kim at the front desk is amazing, any time I have had issues, she would jump right on it and can always count on her talking to the Dr. And getting back to me in a very timely manner and always so sweet. Dr. Binz was extremely patient with me - I was somewhat nervous about the procedure, but she took the time to answer every single question I had to make sure that I was comfortable. I could not be more thankful!
Dr. Binz was excellent - I was referred by my dentist for a procedure, and Dr. Binz made the entire process very easy. I was extremely happy with the care I received, and I would recommend her to anyone in the area.
