My husband and I have been married for 14 years. We decided to attend the Anchored in Love retreat because it was great reason to have a weekend getaway at the beautiful Loews Coronado. The retreat was in a beautiful environment that was very calming. I learned new systems about my relationship from a psychological perspective. The exercises were fun and allowed me to be open. I was very comfortable with the topics and conversions with the group. Liz helped us expand our mindset and think about ourselves in our relationship with the I.F.S. Thank you Liz for the experience, and the weekend alone with my wife.

The Anchored in Love retreat was an invaluable experience that I highly recommend to any couple, in any phase of your relationship. Liz and Helen set a very warm and welcoming tone, that made for a safe space to learn, listen, and engage with them and with your partner. The retreat was at a beautiful villa in Coronado and there was plenty of space for couples to break off and do their own exercise separate from the group. I'm so glad we had the opportunity to join and strongly encourage any couple to participate.
