I’ve been doing the Safe and Sound Protocol with Liz Marucheau for a few years now, and it has been life-changing for me. I had struggled with sleep and anxiety issues for years and could barely function. After completing the Safe and Sound Protocol, I feel like a new person. My husband and I have been married for 14 years. We decided to attend the Anchored in Love retreat because it was great reason to have a weekend getaway at the beautiful Loews Coronado. The retreat was in a beautiful environment that was very calming. I learned new systems about my relationship from a psychological perspective. The exercises were fun and allowed me to be open. I was very comfortable with the topics and conversions with the group. Liz helped us expand our mindset and think about ourselves in our relationship with the I.F.S. Thank you Liz for the experience, and the weekend alone with my wife.
