Terrible patient service! The office routinely has phone system issues leaving them unaccessible. I have experienced several no-shows from scheduled appointments with providers. No apology. No explanation. The final straw was when I needed to relay an urgent message to my provider about a medication side effect and the only way to get in touch with the office was to literally drive there - at which time the office staff was incredibly rude and dismissive.
Good morning! I was referred to Dr. Dewey’s office when my doctor moved! Kimberly Tatum is very helpful to me when I needed help! Doctor Dewey helped me when I needed her help! Tiffany , Monica and the other front office staff are amazing when talking with me! Elizabeth is a great nurse who helped when I needed blood work! I am a colorectal cancer survivor! Would recommend you avoid this practice. Dr. Dewey has created a practice that is focused on how many times they can bill your insurance a year vs actually caring for you as a patient. I needed a refill of a common medication. I had seen Dr. Dewey within the month. They refused to fill the medication until I had ANOTHER appointment. I already had another one scheduled in 3 weeks time! This is not normal.
Worst Medical Experience I’ve Ever Had — Patients Beware!!!! This practice has been one of the most frustrating healthcare experiences of my life. They make you come back multiple times for issues that could easily be handled in a single visit, and it feels very much like they’re squeezing as much money as possible out of you and your insurance company. Went for about a year and saw the doc herself. Had breast exam without a second party there and was given meds I didn’t want but they didn’t care.
