Worst experience at a medical office ever! Front desk staff is rude. The charges with insurance are outlandish. No provider should be allowed to double charge copayments. Beware of this office!
Charged extra for "asking questions" about my my bloodwork. Dropping me from the practice for refusing to pay a 200$ bill from calling and asking them to renew my birth control prescription. Called multiple times to run the "virtual visit" through insurance and nothing. Happy to be dropped was never planning on coming back. Horrible practice without even considering their demeanors.
Dr. Dewey cares. She doesn't dismiss your concerns and she will help you understand whats going on with your medical needs.
I never write negative reviews. I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt, and I genuinely don't like airing my grievances online. However, this was the most disheartening medical experience I have had, and I feel other patients deserve to know. I had a disappointing experience. It felt like the focus was more on billing for unnecessary tests than finding the actual cause of my symptoms. I visited this provider on multiple occasions for different issues, including a fish bone stuck in my throat and heat exhaustion. Each time, I was tested for COVID, the flu, and other respiratory illnesses, even though my symptoms didn’t suggest any of those conditions.
