I want to believe you are in practice for the wellbeing of your patients and a love of keeping people healthy and happy. I’m disappointed. I paid out of pocket to be seen for a routine physical. During which, Dr Dewey needed to use a swab to clear my ears for her to see what she needed to see. I then get a $15 charge for an “ear debridement”. Elizabeth Dewey seems to care most about how much money she is making from your visit. I am astonished at her disrespecting and patronizing bedside manner. She was very rude to me. These are some quotes from her during my visit (and I am not a verbose/talkative person) - “ If you would stop talking (me describing my symptoms), I could actually explain a few things to you.” She also said, ”Well, if you wanna die of Covid, then it’s your decision not to get the booster”. Terrible patient service! The office routinely has phone system issues leaving them unaccessible. I have experienced several no-shows from scheduled appointments with providers. No apology. No explanation. The final straw was when I needed to relay an urgent message to my provider about a medication side effect and the only way to get in touch with the office was to literally drive there - at which time the office staff was incredibly rude and dismissive.
Good morning! I was referred to Dr. Dewey’s office when my doctor moved! Kimberly Tatum is very helpful to me when I needed help! Doctor Dewey helped me when I needed her help! Tiffany , Monica and the other front office staff are amazing when talking with me! Elizabeth is a great nurse who helped when I needed blood work! I am a colorectal cancer survivor!
