Dr. Dennis cleaned up the mess inside my right knee caused by a torn and retorn meniscus. She was the third doctor I had been to in two years. The swelling is gone. The popliteal cyst is no more. I am referring my niece for shoulder surgery. Great early hours in Williamsburg. Very PERSONable doctor.

Went in after I was told my appointment was pushed down, but it wasn't, so I decided to wait since I don't live closeby. After waiting from 12:20-4pm (yes, for over 3.5 hours) I barely had 5 min with the doctor. They called me into the exam room and left me there for over an hour where it was cold and kept closing the door, which I get for privacy if the doctor was actually in there. Made an appointment to see her for a second opinion. Wanted her to see my MRI and report that I had. 3 hours before appointment someone from the office called to ask why I was seeing her. I told why. She then asked what the MRI report said. I said that's for the doctor to read, why I'm I going to say it over the phone. So I got annoyed at the questioning and said cancel the appointment. Very accomplished surgeon. Very personable and polite bedside manners. One thing she can do more is reply to relevant msgs from patients which in my case she hasnt done. I have major depression and extreme anxiety and I think she should understand what not answering any other f my msgs can do to me. Overall happy that she was my surgeon for the tendon surgery I had.
