Can’t get through to get my results , over a month ago!!! Made me wait for two hours in her waiting room for my first appointment.
I have not seen Dr. Curtis in 25 years. I will say she is a very thorough, caring and attentive Dr. My only complaint was that her wait times which is extremely long and unacceptably ridiculous. Two hours is not a long wait in her office. After reading the reviews I can see that in 25 years that has not changed. That being said I think she is a wonderful doctor and she is very thorough. If I could give negative stars...I would. I made an appointment with Dr. Curtis because I have been suffering for a year with severely numb feet and have been in a lot of pain. She called me for my appointment 2 hours late with no acknowledgement at all and opened her conversation very unprofessionally. She asked to call me back another day because her zoom wouldn’t load...after two hours of waiting for this appointment, I said that I can’t keep waiting to figure this out. Dr Curtis is great! Very thorough. She looks to diagnose and treat underlying issues related to arthritis. I strongly recommend her!!!
