I feel blessed to have found Dr. Crawford! I have seen her for a few years, after some serious health issues that previously happened which were traumatic for me due to mediocre care. She is an outstanding, highly knowledgable and thorough Internal Medicine Professional. I find her to be kind, compassionate and excellent at addressing/explaining my concerns. I had the worst experience after being a patient for 15 years. I came in and was 1 minute passed the grace period and got attitude from a representative that was checking me in . She told me she had to send a message to see if they could still be seen . After making me wait 10 minutes I was told I had to reschedule and the next appointment wasn’t till next Tuesday. As a long time patient of Dr Crawford, I am very disappointed, and and will be finding a new PCP. Dr Crawford seemed to care and to be trying when she was new, now however she seems to be unhappy (perhaps coorporate healthcare management is to blame), and comes across as condesending and apathetic. Not what you want in a Dr. You will receive better treatment at Urgent care center. As a Dr she is providing nothing more than you can get from a PA or NP these days. I’m hesitant to give 5 stars because she’s “my” doctor and I don’t know if I want anyone to know how wonderful she actually is. Grateful for Dr. Crawford and the whole LeBauer team.
Dr Crawford is first class. My entire family goes to her and without her listening and helping me I wouldn’t be able to work on my healing. I have been to other doctors in the past but by far she is the best.
