I honestly would not recommend anyone to occupy these units ESPECIALLY if you have children! I have been having an issue with mold (not just me multiple other tenants as well) and i have said something to landlord multiple times, maintenance was sent out ONCE and asked if i am the person that complained of mold that was literally it and i have not heard anything else about it! Since I have lived in this apartment it seems that I have entered into an eternal war with the office and it even seems that I entered this war before I even lived in this apartment, it seems that I am paying for the apartment so that They can make my life impossible, they inflict real moral suffering on me without even knowing why.
