Dr. Cook and her staff is excellent! I've had L4/L5 back issues for years. Tried all sorts of pain management, acupuncture, yoga, PT, pilates, Advil, et al. Dr. Cook was able to provide me 75% relief. I've never felt better. I would highly recommend Dr. Cook if you have back issues.

Disappointed with the visit. Doctor spend 10 minutes to try open MRI images on the PC , which failed so she then had to use the CD that I brought with me. I felt like that I didn’t get answers to all my questions. The entire visit was all over the place from trying to open the images to talking about various medications etc. Then she looked what time it was and said she has to get going. I asked if she could give me some PT suggestions and she said that she could write something down and then she didn’t? I don’t understand w... read more
