Rude!!!!! Elizabeth Cole is a terrible agent. Her company renewed my insurance after raising my rates again without authorization. The call center that is outsourced to southeast Asia went ahead and took 751.47 out of my bank account without permission. I was so upset after talking to someone I could not communicate with, I asked that person to just cancel my policy. I was then told to call Elizabeth.
