RecommendedMy father was here for 4 weeks after a fall at home. I could not have been happier with the care he received every day from the staff. From our first visits with the office staff, nursing staff, therapists, cafeteria staff, and custodial staff, he was consistantly treated with gentle, patient, professional care. His private room was spacious, with seating for visitors and he could adjust thermostat to his liking. The bathroom was huge with a wide door and a level walk-in shower. Recommendedmy mom Jewell has been at The Lodge 3 times..for rehab..I wish they would let her stay forever..she's happy there..interacts w the others..has friends there..but after her 20 days..she comes home..depressed..will not communicate w me..stays in bed all day..not eating or drinking....Gloria.
RecommendedI can't thank the staff of HHR enough for the care and support our family received while my husband was there. The facility was very clean and the food good. They made every effort to provide whatever he needed to aid in recovery. Thank you Lori and Kande and the nurses and CNA's on the 200 wing!
I am grateful to The Lodge at Mills River, for the rehab work they did with my Dad. The physical, occupational, and speech therapists were able to help my Dad recover to a point I didn't think possible. The Nurses and CNA's are all first-rate. The entire staff, from the offices, to Housecleaning are all well mannered, and friendly. A huge "Thank you!!!" to The Lodge at Mills River, and the exceptional work they did for my Dad.
