I was told that I would have a phone call today at 2;OO TO DISCUSS MY MOTHERS PROGRESS....I SAT BY THE PHONE AND WAITED...IT IS NOW 3:50....GUESS THEY FORGOT...NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL...........
Come in for a tour! We have an ice cream parlor open 5 days per week, an internet cafe, a luxurious courtyard, skilled nursing, state of the art rehabilitation, a jam packed activity schedule, a budding fine dining program and many more amenities that compare us more to a resort than a nursing facility.
My mother was at this nursing home for her rehab after being at the hospital. She was there for 20 days and we couldn’t have been happier. The nurses were amazing and therapy was tough on her but what she needed to get back home. The building is as nice as a hotel. I highly recommend this nursing home if you or a loved one needs therapy.
This place is shitty as hell they tried to kill my step dad. He was scheduled to leave this morning the nurses were going to sedate him before my mother showed up but she was already there and heard the conversation. They even tried to block him from getting on the ambulance. Then called the cops on my mom for kidnapping him because she signed him out. These people need to be investigated asap!!!! It is a clean place however like most convalescent centers, they are understaffed. The owners need to invest in more staff to make the residents’ stay more efficient and enjoyable. For the amount of money it costs, you should feel like you are at a “Resort”, with everyone you meet making you feel THEY are glad YOU are there.
