Updated 8/2026: It has been well over a year since I've seen Dr Chu. After the last visit I decided to work on self healing, eating cleaner and meditation. My last appt was a horrible experience. After waiting an hour or so she came in seeming very annoyed and ready to leave. She was short and slightly rude instead of patient when I asked questions. Dr. Chu (Rheumatologist) is wonderful!! Knowledgeable and professional. She cares for our elderly mother in the most compassionate way.
This is not my first experience with doctors UFHealth. Dr. E. Chu. Seems to not not care about her patients. Two separate instances I've contacted her office regarding my mother. Left several messages with her nurses and team. 1st time took 45 days for a call back. This time my mother visited the ER. I left messages 5/19- 5/21.. Today I called again 6/3. Her nurse send her 3 messages since the 19th.. Dr. Chu hasn't responded or cared to call back. Eventhough it's mentioned that PT was in the ER after an infusion on 5/7.. It ... read more
