Dr. Chu is a truly excellent doctor—she’s smart, thorough, and takes the time to really listen. She explains things clearly and makes sure nothing is overlooked.
She doesn't take the time to listen to all the symptoms I have. She immediately diagnosed me with something and prescribed medication for it. Not even sire if this is an accurate diagnosises because im only gettong worse. Then canceled me as a patient and told me that my PCP can handle it. Which she can not. I have to search and now wait months to see a new rheumatologist. Im so distraught and bothered by this. I have found that Dr.s at Shands now dont care about their patients and our livelihood. Awful. One appointment was enough for me to not waste anymore time or money on her. Had all symptoms and worries dismissed, clearly just wanted me out of her office. A few concerns have progressed since seeing her a few months ago, that could not be this way or i could at least have answers for (as multiple docs and the one that referred me told me rheumatology was definitely where i needed to go) had she properly cared for and evaluated me as her patient.
