My daughter is attending college down in Florida and away from home for the first time. We found Dr. Rijo through our insurance website and I felt she would be perfect as my daughter transitions into adulthood. When my daughter called to make her first appointment, whoever answered the phone stated "the doctor can't see you. " My daughter called me in tears and I have since found another doctor, one whose receptionist understands that children these days might be uncomfortable using the phone to make appointments.
Doctor Carreno Rijo was extremely kind, helpful, acknowledgeable and caring during my daughter’s visit.
