I recently visited Dr. Lisa Traveis for an eye check-up, and my experience was far from pleasant. Right from the moment the doctor asked me to come back to her exam room, I felt like I was an inconvenience. I was asked for my prescription the moment I entered, and when I didn't have it, I was met with a raised voice and visible irritation.
