I have not been back to see Dr. Roberts in years and I will not be going back to see her ever again. When I expressed concerns with pain, Along with a diagnosed condition, she looked at me with a simple look on her face and said, “let’s just wait”! What exactly are we waiting for, me to die? Dr. Elizabeth Roberts and her staff, especially Virginia are amazing! It’s always like talking to a friend and the time wait is nonexistent. Easily my most favorite medical staff I’ve ever worked with for any issue!
I enjoyed my experience with Dr. Roberts. She’s very warm and interested in what the patient is saying. She interacts with the conversation and she’s very encouraging when we discussed my health issues.
Dr. Roberts was wonderful. She listened and included me in my plan of care. I felt very comfortable with her.
