After visiting several orthopedic doctors, I saw Dr. Elizabeth Gausden in April 2024 for a consultation for hip replacement surgery. Since I was overweight, Dr. Gausden suggested I lose about 40 pounds prior to surgery. Her request to lose the weight, was giving with kindness. She did not speak down to be because I had a high BMI; she made me feel like she cared about me, something I was looking for. Dr. Gausden is an extremely knowledgeable and skilled surgeon. She and her team are sincerely caring with a compassionate, warm demeanor that immediately puts you at ease. Each of Dr. Gausden’s team goes out of their way to ensure the best patient experience. Dr. Gausden and her team are outstanding!!! I received phenomenal care for my hip replacement surgery and recommend her to everyone I know. She is so impressive on all levels and really made me feel cared for. I trust her 100%. In addition, I loved all my interactions with her assistant, Samantha, and the other team members. So kind, professional and responsive. Highest recommendation!!!
Knee replacement could not have had a better outcome. Dr. Gausden listened and checked in with me before procedure to discuss technique.
